Garden Rooms
A garden room is a beautiful way to create additional living space without the disruption of a traditional extension.
Loft Conversions
The cost of moving home nowadays to gain that extra room can be a daunting and pricey experience for many of us.

What others say...
We can’t thank Paul enough. He was with us for most of 2015, starting with our loft-conversion, then our bathroom refit, and finally our single-story extension including a downstairs toilet and fitted kitchen. Paul is extremely reliable, punctual and hard-working. We would 100% recommend him!
Space Developments have completed most of the large-scale refurbishments to my house including a full loft conversion in 2009 and latterly, in 2017 the carpentry and roofing for a rear single storey extension. All of the work has been to a high standard which is particularly evidenced in my loft. Despite the work in my loft being completed well over a decade ago the bedroom and wet room remain in excellent condition. My satisfaction with the loft led me to ask Space Development to lead on the extension project in 2017, again i’m more than satisfied with the result of these works.
Paul from Space Developments is very easy to work with and kept me ‘up-to-date’ throughout the projects. If Space Development hadn’t already completed all required refurbishments at my house I’d have no concerns with employing them in the future!
